Cliff,
We truly appreciate the performance by the Topeka Big Band, as well as that of Marshall's Civic Band and the Kaw Valley Cornet Band as part of the Kansas 150th Armed Forces Celebration last weekend. The music was terrific and everybody was really impressed with the performances. They were a real highlight of the event. The Bombshell Bettys were especially impressed with the Topeka Big Band!
We regret that the crowd wasn't a little larger, but many people like to stay in the air conditioning these days. Your music could be heard all over our Museum grounds, and was appreciated by all present.
Thank you for being a part of our celebration and for your support of Kansas Armed Forces. You make us proud.
This was a real highlight of our Museum year, and your contribution was outstanding in every way.
